Meet James Theriot T’Nomme (tee-num) is Cajun slang for little man, and it is what my pop and my dad called me growing up.
Lemme tell y’all a bit about us. I am Cajun French on my dad’s side. His family comes from St. Martinsville, Louisiana.
I have been a Chef in Sonoma County for over 12 years now, currently leading the team at Ramen Gaijin in Sebastopol. I am excited to bring Sonoma County Cajun food like they haven’t seen before. With 90% of our menu being made from scratch and sourced from local purveyors. We are ready to serve you up your new favorite Cajun food.
